Thera Kitchen

About The Founder

Born in 1981, Florabel Santos is a registered nurse whose life journey weaves together healthcare, education, entrepreneurship, and natural living. With over two decades of experience across multiple industries, she brings compassion, credibility, and purpose into everything she does.
Today, Florabel is a full-time housewife, a devoted homeschooling mom, and the founder of Thera Kitchen—an artisan brand dedicated to natural, handmade cosmetics, skincare, and hair care. Thera Kitchen creates ready-made products while also offering live and online workshops designed to educate and empower others to make their own safe, effective, and eco-conscious cosmetic products. Her work is deeply rooted in supporting people with hypersensitive skin and advocating for thoughtful, sustainable beauty choices.
Thera Kitchen is more than a brand—it is a heartfelt movement born from a mother’s desire to create safe, natural personal care products for her own family and for others who share the same concerns. What truly sets Thera Kitchen apart is its commitment to transparency and empowerment. While many businesses protect their formulas as trade secrets, we choose to share ours.
Why?
Because Thera Kitchen is not just here to sell products—we are here to educate, uplift, and empower people to take control of what they put on their skin.
We understand how overwhelming and inaccessible clean beauty can feel, especially for individuals with hypersensitive skin, allergies, or health-related concerns. We also recognize the growing number of people seeking natural, affordable alternatives they can trust—and even recreate at home.
Through our live and online workshops, we open our kitchen to the public. Participants are guided through each ingredient, formulation process, safety consideration, and storage guideline, so they leave with real, usable skills—not just inspiration.
By sharing our recipes, Thera Kitchen aims to:
✔️ Demystify the beauty industry and make it more inclusive and transparent
✔️ Promote self-sufficiency, especially for families with sensitive skin needs
✔️ Support micro-entrepreneurs and aspiring formulators who want to build eco-conscious brands
✔️ Foster a community rooted in wellness, sustainability, and honesty
Thera Kitchen may be a small artisan shop, but it carries a big mission: to make natural beauty a shared experience, not a guarded secret. We believe there is room for everyone to grow—and when we rise together, the industry becomes kinder, safer, and more conscious.
Beyond business, Florabel is also a passionate ADHD advocate, inspired by her journey with her son. She actively supports awareness and acceptance of neurodiversity, using her platform to help families better understand, embrace, and support the unique strengths and needs of children with ADHD.
Florabel continues to live with purpose—serving her family, community, and customers through empathy, education, and empowerment.
